1.1 All teams and players must complete the CBL registration process before participating in any game or event.
1.2 Registration is only confirmed once full payment of applicable fees has been received by the CBL.
1.3 Payment can be made via the methods specified on the CBL website.
1.4 The CBL reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration if payment is not received by the stated deadline.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

2.2 If a team withdraws before the season starts, a partial refund may be issued at the CBL’s discretion, minus an administrative fee of £50 or 10% of the total fee (whichever is greater).
2.3 No refunds will be given for missed games, player suspensions, or disqualifications.
2.4 Where the CBL is forced to postpone or cancel games due to circumstances beyond our control (including venue issues, extreme weather, or public health measures), no refunds will be issued; reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule.

3. Fixtures, Scheduling & Forfeits

4. Player Eligibility

4.1 All players must meet the age requirements for their division (see CBL Rules & Regulations).
4.2 Players must be licensed with the CBL and provide valid proof of age.
4.3 The CBL reserves the right to check eligibility at any time and take disciplinary action if eligibility rules are breached.

6.4 Appeals Process: Appeals against disciplinary decisions must be submitted within 48 hours of notification using the official CBL contact form at https://www.london-basketball.com/contact-cbl/.
