Every camper will receive a comprehensive sample summer program. This includes a 7-day plan covering drills and skills, rest, nutrition, mental skills training, and competition planning. This program is designed to give you a structured approach to make the most of your summer training.
We’ll cover the importance of rest and recovery, including the different types of R&R that will transform your body over the summer. Learn how to effectively balance your workload and recovery to prevent injuries and maximise performance.
We’ll provide you with a physical workout plan you can do anywhere, anytime, with no equipment. Improve your athleticism, strength, and conditioning over the summer and come back transformed. Our coaches will demonstrate specific exercises to ensure your form and technique are built for future success.
Beyond physical skills, we’ll introduce mental toughness training, giving you exercises to develop over the summer.
