Players everywhere face the same challenge: how to effectively use the summer to train. You have more time to train than any other time of the year, but you don’t know what to do. By the end of camp, you’ll have a personalised summer workout plan, tailored to your strengths and areas for improvement. This plan will include detailed drills, fitness routines, and progress tracking methods to ensure you stay on the path to excellence.
Basketball Icon Sample Summer Program
Every camper will receive a comprehensive sample summer program. This includes a 7-day plan covering drills and skills, rest, nutrition, mental skills training, and competition planning. This program is designed to give you a structured approach to make the most of your summer training.
Basketball Icon Rest and Recovery
We’ll cover the importance of rest and recovery, including the different types of R&R that will transform your body over the summer. Learn how to effectively balance your workload and recovery to prevent injuries and maximise performance.
Basketball Icon Physical Conditioning
We’ll provide you with a physical workout plan you can do anywhere, anytime, with no equipment. Improve your athleticism, strength, and conditioning over the summer and come back transformed. Our coaches will demonstrate specific exercises to ensure your form and technique are built for future success.
Basketball Icon Mental Toughness Training
Beyond physical skills, we’ll introduce mental toughness training, giving you exercises to develop over the summer. Start your journey toward becoming a more composed player who understands how to master your mind, stay cool, calm, and confident, and be 'locked in' when the game is on the line next season.
Basketball Icon Exclusive Camp Tees
All campers will also receive an exclusive Blueprint Camp tee, so you can proudly wear the symbol of your commitment and hard work all summer.

This camp is most beneficial for aspiring and dedicated players looking for answers to 'how do I get better over the summer' and willing to invest the time in their game to use all the tools this camp teaches to enter the new season with major game gains.

Parking is available on site. As you enter the gate, if you turn left and then right you can park in the main play ground. There are toilet right outside the Sports Hall as well as changing rooms / showers.
