LSB SKILLS DEVELOPMENT CAMP - XMAS EDITION
Join us for 3 days of fun-filled basketball action at the LSB Basketball Skills Development Camp over the Christmas holidays!
Structured coaching, teaching core basketball skills for all levels from beginners through to advanced play - delivered through positive, enthusiastic and highly-experienced coaches who are driven to ensure no child is 'left out' and every camper picks up new skills they can carry forward into whatever level they may progress through to.
Learn new moves, have fun, win prizes and play in full 5on5 competitions over the Christmas break. Many of our coaches are former professional players, now re-trained as coaches who want to reinvest their 'know how' into all of our campers in a high-energy, positive environment that promotes good behaviour, resiliency and leadership skills while teaching better communication skills, responsibility, how to work successfully as part of a team and developing self-motivation and work ethic.
Our coaches are experienced in teaching beginners and early stage players on how to strengthen fundamentals, while also providing intermediate and advanced players with challenging drills that will stretch their ability and make them more effective on the teams they may play for. Something for everyone at this one. A great gift for xmas for the young basketball 'star' this winter.
Camp features:
- Daily coaching 'stations' where you'll develop fundamental ball control, passing skills, spatial awareness, improved balance, co-ordination and athleticism.
- 5 on 5 tournament where you'll play live games to put all the new skills into action.
- 'Hot Shot' shooting competitions where you'll have a whole lot of fun testing your shooting skills against others with the chance to win fantastic prizes.
- Hoopstars 'Athletic Combine' where you'll be guided through fun drills that measure your individual fitness so you can build individual goals to improve your score over time.
- Outstanding trophies for individual performances throughout the week.
- Camp certificates of achievement for all players who complete the week.
- Special guest coach from BDA International - Europe's leading development .
