Bounce Bootcamp is a specialist training experience designed to educate, assess, and equip you with the tools to safely and progressively improve your vertical performance over time.

Led by an experienced team of qualified elite sports performance specialists, this camp introduces the essential principles of explosive athletic development through structured, high-quality coaching in a focused environment.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN AT BOUNCE BOOTCAMP:

Master the fundamentals of jumping mechanics — including take-off, arm swing, posture, and landing — to build a safer, more efficient vertical base.

Learn how to generate power from both styles of jumping. Understand when and how to apply each based on your body type and position.

Train the muscles that matter — glutes, hamstrings, quads, core and calves — using targeted, progressive methods proven to build vertical lift.

Develop core strength and lower body control to support safe, sustained gains. Learn how strength supports both jumping and landing performance.

Sharpen your acceleration, change-of-direction, and foot speed through sport-specific movement drills that support in-game explosiveness.

Unlock your range of motion and reduce restrictions that limit your bounce. Focus on ankles, hips, and thoracic mobility.

Build habits that support peak performance and injury prevention — including sleep, hydration, active recovery, and soft tissue care.

Understand how to fuel your body for athletic training and recovery. Learn what to eat, when to eat, and how to support muscle repair and energy levels.

WHO THIS CAMP IS FOR:

To train safely and benefit fully from Bounce Bootcamp, athletes should be aged between 14 -19 years old and must be able to:

✅ Perform 10+ controlled jump squats with stable landings

✅ Complete 10+ push-ups with good form

✅ Hold a 30-second plank

✅ Jog continuously for 5 minutes

✅ Have 1+ year of structured basketball or athletic training
